1. What We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. When you use tools, we store your tool results (input summary and output data) linked to your account so you can review your history — this is the Saved Outputs feature available to Member and Pro users. We also store blog bookmarks, invoice templates, and API keys (hashed — the raw key is never stored) that you create. If you subscribe to the monthly AI briefing newsletter, we store your email address for that purpose only.
2. How We Use It
Your data is used solely to provide and improve Flyzal services — account management, access control, and sending transactional emails (e.g. password reset). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
3. Cookies & Analytics
We use minimal session cookies required for authentication. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. No cross-site tracking or advertising pixels are used.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Google Gemini to power our AI tools (AI Content Repurposer, SEO Brief Generator, AI Email Writer). Content you submit to AI tools is sent to Google Gemini for processing — do not submit sensitive personal data to these tools. Stripe processes payment data — we never store card details.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised usage logs may be retained for analytics.
