1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Flyzal ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, free users, and paid subscribers.
2. Use of the Service
You may use Flyzal tools for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform. Automated bulk usage is prohibited without written permission.
3. Accounts & Access Tiers
Free tools are available without an account. Paid tiers (Member, Pro) require a valid subscription or license key. Member access ($12/month) unlocks AI tools, saved output history, blog bookmarks, and invoice templates. Pro access ($29/month) additionally unlocks API key management and white-label invoice PDFs. Sharing accounts or license keys between multiple users is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in breach of these Terms.
4. Payments & Cancellations
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months unless required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and design on Flyzal are owned by or licensed to Faizal / Flyzal. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Flyzal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
